Do I need to log in to make a biodata?
No. You can make, preview, pay for and download your biodata without signing up. Your work is saved on your phone. Add your email later if you want to keep it in an account.
How much does it cost?
Making and previewing a biodata is free. A clean HD download is a one-time UPI payment. See the pricing page for current prices.
Can I make the biodata in Hindi, Marathi or another language?
Yes. Choose the biodata language on the last step. Labels and headings change to that language; what you typed stays as it is.
Is this a matrimony or matchmaking site?
No. We only help you make a biodata and check compatibility. We never show your biodata to strangers or send proposals.
Who can see my biodata?
Only you, and family members you invite. If you turn on the private live link, only people you send it to can open it, and you can hide your phone and address until a family asks.
How do I pay?
With any UPI app such as Google Pay, PhonePe or Paytm. On a phone, tap "Pay with UPI app". On a computer, scan the QR code with your phone.
I paid but my download is not showing. What should I do?
We confirm each UPI payment with the bank, usually within a few hours, and your download then unlocks by itself. If it has not unlocked after a day, write to us with your order code. Payments are otherwise non-refundable (see the Terms).
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Go to Account and choose "Delete my data". Everything is removed within 7 days.
