These terms apply when you use Rishta Aaya (rishtaaya.in), run by (to be added), (to be added). By using the site you agree to them.

What we do and don't do

• We help you make a marriage biodata and check compatibility between two biodatas.
• We are not a matchmaking or matrimony service. We do not find matches, suggest profiles, or send or receive proposals.

Your responsibilities

• Enter true information. You are responsible for what you put in a biodata.
• Only make a biodata for someone aged 18 or above, with their knowledge.
• Before buying a compatibility report that includes another family's details, get that family's permission. You confirm this at checkout.
• Do not upload anything you don't have the right to share, and do not use the site to harass, cheat or discriminate.

Astrology and AI

Kundli matching reflects tradition. It is one input among many and is not a prediction or professional advice. Report explanations are written by AI from calculated results and checked by our rules, but may still contain mistakes. Please use your own judgement, and talk to each other.

Payments

Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in Indian Rupees through UPI. What each plan includes is described on the pricing page. You can preview everything for free before paying.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Once you have paid, the amount cannot be refunded, including if you change your mind, no longer need the biodata or report, or do not like a design after downloading it.

The only exceptions are where the law requires them: if you were charged twice for the same order, or if you paid and we could not give you what you paid for. In those cases write to us with your order code and we will either deliver it or return the money.

Your content

Your biodata and photos remain yours. You let us store and process them only to provide the service you asked for, as described in our privacy notice.

Liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; we will tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of (to be added) have jurisdiction.
