The opening line
The traditional Telugu opening is శ్రీరస్తు శుభమస్తు, often with శ్రీ గణేశాయ నమః above it. Families also write their family deity's name, such as శ్రీ వేంకటేశ్వర స్వామి.
What Telugu families look for
Gotram, nakshatram and padam
Gotram comes first, because marriage within the same gotram is avoided. Then nakshatram with padam, rasi and lagnam. Telugu families commonly have the jatakam matched by a pandit, so accuracy matters.
Native place
Write the స్వస్థలం (native place), such as Guntur, Godavari or Nellore, even if the family has lived in Hyderabad or abroad for years. It tells families about customs and dialect at home.
Families in the US
Many Telugu families have children working in the United States. If the person, or a sibling, is abroad, write the country, city and visa status (H-1B, green card, citizen) in one line.

It means: a cheerful, hard-working girl who loves her family; she is learning Kuchipudi and loves cooking with everyone at home during festivals.
